What to Expect

Yes, 100% free — no credit card, no hidden fees. Your first lesson costs nothing. All protective gear is provided. The only goal is for you to try fencing and see if it's a good fit.
We welcome children as young as 6 years old. Ages 6–8 focus on fun, coordination, and fundamentals. Older kids (9–12) can progress into competitive programs. Teens and adults are equally welcome.
No — all equipment is provided for your intro lesson. Once your child joins and trains regularly, we'll guide you on what to purchase and when. See our Equipment Buying Guide for details.
Absolutely. Fencing is statistically safer than most traditional team sports. All participants wear full protective gear — mask, jacket, gloves, and chest protection. Fencing weapons are not sharp. All sparring is supervised by qualified instructors.
Fencing is a fantastic first sport! It doesn't require prior athletic experience and is perfect for kids trying organized sports for the first time. Our coaches are skilled at working with all levels, including true beginners.
